Executive Session Meeting

Joint Executive Session with the Pitkin County Board of County Commissioners
River Board members present: Bill Jochems, Wendy Huber, Chris Lemons, Kirstin Neff, Chuck Ogilby, Chris
Wheatley
BOCC Members Present: Patti Clapper, Kelly McNicholas Kury, Steve Child, Francie Jacober,
River Board members absent: Andre Wille
Attendees in addition to presenters: Lisa MacDonald, Lisa Tasker, John Ely, Laura Makar, Jon Peacock

Ms. Huber moved to enter into executive session pursuant to CRS 24-6-402(4)(b) for the purpose of :
1. County participation in Wild and Scenic designation effort for the Crystal River; discussion with counsel pursuant to
CRS 24-6-402 4b;
2. County efforts to remediate augmentation needs of public and private wells and municipal suppliers in the Crystal
River Valley; discussion with counsel pursuant to CRS 24-6-402 4b.
Mr. Ogilby seconded the motion. The motion passed 6/0.
Mr. Jochems moved to adjourn the meeting. Mr. Ogilby seconded the motion. The motion passed 6/0.
The Board adjourned at approximately 11:30 pm.
