The main components of this approach are: o Airport Leadership Team Meetings During this phase we will maintain the cadence of weekly meetings with the airport leadership team to support in the development of the communications strategy, implementation of community outreach and intentional coordination with the Airport Advisory Board, Board of County Commissioners, Federal Aviation Administration and other strategic partners as needed. o Communications Team Meetings Additionally, this phase will also continue regular semi- weekly coordination with the county/airport communications team to focus on tactical implementation of core communications functions, including the ASE Newsletter, website updates, creation of community event and outreach materials. o Internal/Contractor Coordination Administrative activities such as internal tracking of deliverables and action items, as well as technical coordination with prime and sub- contractors will continue to require a minimal amount of effort during the anticipated 2024 scope of work. o Airport Advisory Board (AAB) We will continue to support outreach and communications updates at the monthly AAB meetings to align planning activities with community values and the priorities contained within the Common Ground Recommendations. o Community Outreach/Events To build off the community open house events facilitated in 2023, we will continue to help align key technical milestones with AAB priorities and community touchpoints. This may include but not be limited to planning and facilitating media tours, community meetings and other events to generally educate the community about the ASE Modernization Program. o Media/Social Media Strategy In support of county and airport staff, we will continue to advise and develop public information materials to inform and educate the community about existing airport conditions, regulatory requirements and purpose of the ASE Modernization Program. o Public/BOCC Materials In 2024, we will continue to develop materials as requested by the AAB, Board of County Commissioners, staff and county/airport leadership. This may include but not be limited to the development of website materials, newsletter content, presentations, as well as other deliverables as directed. o Issues Management and Contingency As unforeseen issues arise, we will continue to act as an extension of staff in managing both proactive and reactive opportunities. In conjunction with the ASE Modernization Program, we will advise and implement a comprehensive communications strategy that is driven by key planning milestones, leadership feedback, and the Common Ground Recommendations.
