CALL TO ORDER: Chair Huber called the regular meeting of the River Board to order at 4:00 p.m.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Andre Wille, Bill Jochems, Chris Lemons, Kirstin Neff, Wendy Huber,
Maciej Mrotek, Ned Andrews
MEMBERS ABSENT: None.
BOARD COMMENT:

2025 Calendar
Minutes of December 19, 2024 regular meeting.
Motion: Mr. Wille moved approval of the Minutes as written. Mr. Andrews seconded
the motion. Motion passed with 7/0.
Appointment of Chair and Vice Chair 2025
Motion: Mr. Wille moved to appoint Kirstin Neff as Chair and Maciej Mrotek as Vice –
Chair. Motion passed 7/0.
White River USFS Healthy Rivers Program – Beaver Inventory 2023-2024
R. Clay Ramey Aspen-Sopris District Fisheries Biiologist – White River National Forest
Presented results of 2023-2024 work
