CONTRACTOR: Finishing Touch DirtWorx (FTDX) CONTRACTOR CONTACT: Jacob Shilling, Project Manager, 970-366-2997 The following changes are hereby made to the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: An increase to the contract price due to extra worked performed in the deep ravine east of Jack Gredig LN. Justification: Due to the unique conditions of the ravine area where fill will be placed, FTDX over-excavated several soft/muddy areas and topsoil. FTDX constructed a bridging road down into the area in order to get equipment down into the ravine. In addition to the road, FTDX installed a 700’ gravel drain with a perforated pipe to properly eject groundwater out of the work area. This required the purchase of the perforated pipe and ¾” screen rock.
