BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PITKIN COUNTY, COLORADO
RE: SMALL LOT AMENDMENT
(AMENDING THE PITKIN COUNTY ZONING RESOLUTION)
NO. 74-3
WHEREAS, on September 10, 1973, this Board adopted
its Resolution No. 73-60, specifically relating to criteria
for the development of small or non-conforming lots, under
Section 10.6 of the Pitkin County Zoning Resolution, and
WHEREAS, that resolution failed to repeal legislation
dating from 1955 relating to the same subject matter under
Section 9.4 of the Pitkin County Zoning Resolution, and
WHEREAS, Section 10.6 of the Pitkin County Zoning
Resolution, as adopted on September 10, 1973, intended to
repeal Section 9.4 above alluded to and failed because of
a scrivener's error to so do,
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follow~:
1. That the Pitkin County Zoning Resolution be
modified to reflect that effective September 10, 1973, with
the passage by this Board of Resolution No. 73-60, that
Section 9.4 of the Pitkin County Zoning Resolution is hereby
repealed in its entirety, and
2. That the County Manager notify the Pitkin County
Building Inspector that published copies of the Pitkin County
Zoning Resolution clearly reflect the repeal of Section 9.4
of the Pitkin County Zoning Resolution by Resolution No. 73-60
of this Board.
