Pitkin County desires to convey a parcel of land more fully described in the Special Warranty Deed to the Department of Transportation, State of Colorado. 2. The parcel of land is located near the Public Works Department near State Highway $2. 3. The Department of Transportation has been in possession of the building and property since the early 1980s. All work has been completed per the agreements except for the actual conveyance of the parcel. NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY ORDAiNED, that the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado authorizes the conveyance of a parcel of land to the Department of Transportation, State of Colorado. iNTRODUCED, FIRST READ AND SET FOR PUBLIC HEARiNG ON THE 10TM DAY OF MARCH, 2004.
