DESCRIPTION OF ISSUE: Redstone Pizza, Inc. has applied for a Beer & Wine
liquor license. The name of the establishment to be licensed is Redstone
Pizza, located at 142 Redstone Blvd, Redstone, CO. The establishment was
previously licensed, doing business as Cafb Yia Yia. Notice of public hearing
was posted in the Aspen Times. A notice of hearing was posted on the premises
10 days prior to hearing. The Environmental Health Department and Sheriff's
Department have been notified and have no objections to this license. The
fingerprint card has been submitted to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation.
Attached is a copy of the application and the petition.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approval of liquor license for Redstone Pizza,
pending the clearing of the fingerprints from the Colorado Bureau of
Investigation.
