OF PITKIN COUNTY, COLORADO AUTHORIZING THE CHAIR
TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS TO APPROVE
THE AIRPORT LAYOUT PLAN DATED SEPTEMBER 3, 2003

Pitkin County (the "County") is the owner of the Aspen/Pitkin County Airport.
2. A revised Airport Layout Plan has been completed, that reflects the changes made
to the airport layout as a result of Airport Improvement Projects numbers 20, 24 and 25.
3. A revised Airport Layout Plan must be approved by the Chair of the Board of
County Commissioners and submitted to the Federal Aviation Administration as pan of
closing out those projects.
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Board of County Commissioners of
Pitkin County, Colorado that the Board of County Commissioners does hereby authorize
the Chair to execute the documents necessary to approve the revised Airport Layout Plan
dated September 3, 2003.
