The Provision of All County Computer Hardware (the “Contract”) dated September 3, 2025
between the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado (the “County”) and
Dell Marketing LP, dba Dell USA LP (the “Contractor”), is hereby amended as follows:
Description of Change:
1. Extension of the Contract term for an additional one-year period beginning January 1,
2026 and expiring December 31, 2026;
2. Allocation of funding in the amount of $300,000 for the renewal term, billable only as
incurred
Reason for Change: Due to the continued requirement for computer hardware and the expiration
of the existing contract.
