BOARD OF PITKIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PITKIN COUNTY, COLORADO

(Adopting Sheets Nos. 26, 27, 28 of the
Pitkin County Zoning Map)
WHEREAS, new zoning map sheets numbered 26, 27, and 28
have been prepared to resolve difficulties encountered in deter-
mining and specifying zoning for specific parcels of land, and
WHEREAS, no change in zoning is being made on sheets
numbered 26, 27, and 28 from those maps referred by the Pitkin
County Board of Commissioners to the Pitkin County Planning
Commission on March 4, 1974, and certified by the Planning Comm-
ission to the Board, except for the modification of the map scale
thereof,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Pitkin County
Board of Commissioners hereby initiates the uses of the Zoning
Map sheets, numbered 26, 27, and 28 (including the zoning change
on sheet number 28 which change is adopted in Resolution No.74-13
as part of the official Zoning District Map of Pitkin County,
Colorado.
