February 10, 2026 Pitkin County Liz Woods Pitkin County Finance Director 530 E Main Street Aspen, CO 81611 Contract # 211.22 – Pitkin County Contract for Provision of Banking Services / Second Contract Extension Liz, As we discussed, this is to confirm that Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. (the “Bank”) hereby extends our banking services relationship that is now in place between Pitkin County (the “County”) and the Bank for an additional one (1) year period from October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026 the “Second Extension Period”) subject to this letter, the First Extension dated August 21, 2024, and the January 11, 2024 Pitkin County Contract for Provision of Banking Services (the “Contract”). This extension letter shall take precedence over the Contract and the First Extension in the event of a conflict. Except as expressly set forth herein, all other terms in the Contract and First Extension shall remain in full force and effect. If you are in agreement, please sign and date below to satisfy the written extension requirement in the Contract and return a copy of the letter for our file.
