A detailed description of the additional work to be performed can be found below. Task 1 – Construction Observation SGM will provide part-time construction observation, consisting of a part-time (4 hours per week) Project Manager and a part-time Project Inspector. The Project Manager will be responsible for contract administration, site visits, and invoicing. The Project Inspector will be responsible for part-time (30 hours per week over 4 to 5 days per week) inspection of the work, to verify that is being performed in general conformance with the contract documents. The inspector will maintain a daily diary for each day they work on the project, to be transmitted to County staff regularly during the project. Project Inspector responsibilities include inspection of the work to verify general compliance with contract documents, regular communication and coordination with County staff and Contractor, participation in weekly construction meetings, and measurement of quantities in the field. Attachment A 2 Section 2 – Fee Estimate and Project Schedule The table below shows a tentative construction schedule for this project.
