Roaring Fork River water acquisition and operations, discussion with counsel for the purpose of
receiving legal advice pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b) and discussion of property interest
acquisition pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(a)
