III. MOTION TO CONVENE EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR THE PURPOSE OF DISCUSSION OF:
The Shoshone/Colorado River Conservation District change of water rights discussion with counsel for the
purposes of receiving legal advices pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(b).
And the Pitkin County Recreational In-channel Diversion discussion with counsel for the purpose of receiving
legal advice pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(b).
IV. ATTESTATION:
The undersigned attorney, representing the Board and being present at the executive session, attests that
the subject of the unrecorded portions of the session constituted confidential attorney-client communication:
