In my first term I have come to understand just how many
issues our watershed faces, this year in particular has really
brought things to light. In my second term I would like to focus
our efforts on more signature board projects

Time (as a volunteer board), Focus (there are so many issues
to address it is hard to nail down what our priorities should be),
Lack of staff (soon to be addressed)

I think additional staff will really help in our efforts
