PITKIN COUNTY, COLORADO

Re: Resubdivision Approval
WHEREAS, there is located in Pitkin County, Colorado,
a subdivision known as "Aspen Airport Business Center"; and
WHEREAS, the owner thereof, John P. McBride, has ap-
plied to the Board of County Commissioners for approval of a re-
subdivision involving Blocks 5, 6, and 7 and requesting the
vacation of portions of D and E Streets; and
WHEREAS, subject to certain conditions the Board of
County Commissioners granted such approval and authorized the
Chairman to execute a resolution and plat indicative thereof;
and
WHEREAS, all conditions have been complied with and a
revised plat presented to and signed by the Chairman, designated
"First Amendment to Aspen Airport Business Center, Filing No. 1";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the resubdivision
approval and road vacation affecting Lot 1, Block 6; Lot 2,
Block 6; Lot 4, Block 3; Lot 1, Block 7; and Lot 7, Block 5, be
granted all as is indicated on the First Amendment to Aspen
Airport Business Center, Filing No. 1, recorded on August 20,
1974 in Plat Book
