PITKIN COUNTY, COLORADO

WHBqtEAS, the Board of Pitkin County Commissioners are empowered to
establish the place for holding elections, and
WHEREAS, it is anticipated that the present polling place for Precinct
Number Five (5) located at the Park Meadows, Highway 82, Aspen, Colorado will be
inadequate for the purposes of holding ~lections, and
WHEREAS, the Holiday Inn, Highway 82, Aspen, Colorado has offered the
use of its premises to the County for purposes of holding elections, and
WHEREAS, it is anticipated that the Holiday Inn will be adequate for
the purposes herein set out,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Pitkin County
Con=nissioners does hereby designate the Holiday Inn, Aspen, Colorado, as the place
for Precinct Number Five 'f5) at which elections are to be held.
