APPOINTING REPRESENTATIVES TO VARIOUS
BOARDS, COMMITTEES AND AUTHORITIES
AND DESIGNATING THE OFFICIAL AGENDA POSTING PLACE
Resolution# 2000-45'01
RECITALS
1. The Pitkin County Commissioners are the duly elected representatives of the voters of
Pitkin County.
2. As such, the Pitkin County commissioners serve on various Boards, Committees, and
Authorities concerned with significant local issues and activities.
3. The Regular Commissioner Meeting of January 12, 2000 provides an appropriate
occasion for announcing the assignment of members of the Board and their designates to those
various Boards, Committees and Authorities.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of
Pitkin County, Colorado does hereby make the following appointments effective this date:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that these appointments are to be effective immediately and shall
remain in effect for the balance of 2000 unless it is necessary to change such appointments at a
later time, which shall be done by subsequent Resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the designated public place for posting information and
times regarding Board of County Commissioner meetings shall be the main floor lobby of the
Courthouse on the agenda bulletin board. Each agenda shall be posted no less than 24 hours
prior to the holding of the meeting.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED ON THE 12th DAY OF Januar, 2000.
PUBLISHED AFTER ADOPTION IN THE ASPEN TIMES ON THE 22rd DAY OF
January, 2000.
