PROJECT Ordinance No Series 2004 Recitals Pit kin County is the owner of real property (the "Property") situated in the hZ 1/4 and in the 5%1/4 oI the SE1/4 of Section 3, Township i0 South, Range 85 We~t of the 6th P.M., more fully described in that General Warranty Deed record- ed in Book 363, at Pages 345 throogh 348, in the records of Pitkin County Clerk and R~corder's O~ ficeFA~pen, Colorado7 The Property comprises a portion of the Aspen-Pitkin County Airport 2.
