AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF C(3UNSIT COMMISSIONERS
OF PITKIN COUNTY, COLORADO, AUTHORIZING THE VACATION AND
RE-ESTABLISHMENT OF A PORTION OF CRYSTAL PARK DRIVE
Ordinance No. __-2004
Recitals
1. Geraldine Jackman (Lot A); Ned and Nancy Taylor (Lot H); Henry
and Kika Pitot (Lot Y); and Duane and Kathy Pilger (Lot B); and Crystal River
Park HOA (owne= of Open Space) "Applicants", have initiated the procedure
under the Pitkin County Land Use Code for the Vacation and Re-establishment
of a portion of Crystal Park Drive to align the road easement with the existing
road.
2, The lots are zoned AFR-10 and are located within the Crystal River
Va ey and are spec cally described as Lots A, B, H and Y, Crystal River Park
Subdivision.
3. The Planning and Zoning Commission heard this application at
their regularly scheduled public meeting on September 14, 2004, at which time
they recommended approval by a vote of 34).
4. Evidence and testimony was presented to the Board with resper t to
the proposed vacation and re-establishment on November 17, 2004, and at a
duly noticed public hearing on December 1, 2004, at which time the Board
found that the application meets the criteria or the Pitkln County Land Use
Code.
NOW TItEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Pitldn County, Colorado that it hereby vacates and re-estab-
lishes a portion of Crystal Park Drive that is adjacent to Lots A, B, H and Y,
Crystal River Park Subdivi~inn.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after publi-
cation following final edoption
