WHEREAS, on February 3, 1975, at 2:30 p.m. in the Pitkin County
Courthouse, a Public Hearing was held before the Pitkin County Commissioners
as required yearly by the conditions of the Elam Sand and Gravel permit dated
March 25, 1974,
WHEREAS, at such hearing comment was received on the permit from
the general public,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Pitkin County Commissioners
approve the continuance of the Sand and Gravel Permit issued to Elam Construction
with the following additional conditions required:
The "Bag Collector" device as approved by the Colorado Department
of Health shall be installed and approved by the Pitkin County Sanitarian prior
to connuencing operation on the site in the Spring of 1975.
