EXPENSES EXCESS Or EUDCETRD
ASPEN VALLEY HOSPITAL
W~EREAS, Aspen Valley Hospital District is commencing
construction on a new hospital facility in September 1975 and Aspen
Valley Hospital funds which have been designated for replacement of
property plant and equipment are to be used for purposes of such
construction, and $275,000 of such funds will be required by Aspen
Valley Hospital District in 1975;
WHEREAS, this contingency could not have been reasonably
foreseen at the time of the adoption of the budget; and
WHEREAS, the funds are available in the General Fund of
Aspen Valley Hospital;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners
of Pitkin County, Colorado:
1. That the 1975 appropriation for Hospital Capital expendi-
tures is hereby increased from $155,000 to $430,000; and
2. That the sum of $275,000 is hereby transferrable from
the Aspen Valley Hospital General Fund to the Aspen Valley Hospital
District.
