Aspen Delivery Market Special Review Use Permit and Liquor License
WHEREAS, Aspen Delivery Market located at Aspen Airport
Business Center has requested special review use approval for a
retail liquor store to be operated in conjunction with its bus-
lness at the Airport Business Center, and
WHEREAS, the applicant represents that the operation
will be restricted to the sale of liquor by telephone order only
and delivery to the purchaser of the purchased goods and,that
no sales will be made on an Over-the-counter basis~ and
¥'~EREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission on
September 3, 1975 recommended the granting of the special review
use application, and
WHEREAS, notice was duly published in The Aspen Times
on September 11, 1974 of the public hearing to be held on October
20, 1974 regarding the special review application, and
WHEREAS, the applicant has agreed to restrict use of
the liquor license according to the conditions outlined herein,
and
WHEREAS, the public hearing on the liquor license
application was duly held,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the special review
use application be and hereby is granted on condition that the
retail liquor operation be restricted to delivery only with no
retail sales on a drive-in or over-the-counter basis and that the
retail liquor license be granted on the same terms and a copy of
this resolution attached to the liquor license application and
i~corporated therein.
