BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL SUMS OF MONEY TO DEFRAY
EXPENSES ~N EXCESS OF AMOUNTS BUDGETED FOR THE COUNTY OF PITK~N,
COLORADO
WHEREAS Pitkin County , the Board of Commissioners , see a
need for building a porch onto the County Courthouse; AND
WHEREAS this contingency could not have been reasonably
foreseen at the time of the adoption of the budget; and
WHEREAS there is an unencumbered $6000 in the County Con-
tingency Fund that can be transferred to the General Fund;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by th Board of County Com-
missioners of the County of Pitkin, Colorado:
1. That the 1975 appropriation for the General Fund is
hereby increased from 1,614,579 to 1,620,579.
2. That the sum of $6,000.00 is hereby transferred from
the unappropriated surpluses in the Contingency Fund to the Gen-
eral Fund.
