WORK SESSION ITEM: Harvey Site Visit
Others Present: Suzanne Wolff, Bud Eylar, Cindy Houben, Barb D'Autrechy, Doug Pratte, Members of the
Harvey Family (Connie, Mark, Hal, Anne)
Doug Pratte discussed issues relating to the access to the property with the commissioners, staff and Hal at the
Ranch headquarters. Everyone proceeded up the cabins, past several of the proposed building envelopes. The
group assembled joined other members of the Harvey family at the cabin. Doug presented maps depicting
locations of building envelopes and proposed roads. The Harveys discussed with the commissioners and staff
issues that they are facing with achieving access that meets standards set forth by the Fire Marshal and the Asset
Management Plan, and other issues pertaining to the land use application.
The group continued the tour to the lower part of the ranch to see the other homesites.
The meeting adjourned at approximately 2:40 pm.
