The Lease Agreement between The County of Pitkin, State of Colorado and Aspen Valley
Hospital (the "Agreement") dated June, 2004 between Pitkin County (the "County") and Aspen
Valley Hospital (the "Tenant"), is hereby amended as follows:
This addendum will amend these specific parts of the agreement only:
1. OLD VERSION
1.2 Base Term. This lease shall commence at 12:01 a.m. on July 1, 2004, (Commencement Date") and
expire at 12:00 p.m. on December 31, 2005 ("term"), unless earlier terminated under the provisions hereof.
Upon full execution of this Lease, payment of the $5,000.00 security deposit and required rentals, and
compliance with insurance requirements hereof, Tenant shall be allowed possession of the Premises.
NEW VERSION
1.2A Base Term. This extension of this lease shall commence at 12:01 a.m. on January 1, 2006,
("Commencement Date") and expire at 12:00 p.m. on June 30, 2006 ("term"), unless earlier terminated
under the provisions hereof. Upon full execution of this amendment, payment of the $5,000.00 security
deposit (made July 2005) and required rentals, and compliance with insurance requirements hereof, Tenant
shall be allowed possession of the Promises.
In all other respects the Agreement is in full force and effect and remains unchanged by this
Amendment.
