A BUILDING PERMIT TO LOT 18, BLOCK 2, WHITE HORSE SPRINGS

RECITALS
I. Charles and Sandy Israel ("Appellants") have appealed to the Board of County Commissioners of
Pitkin County, Colorado ("BOCC") to overturn a building permit denial by staff pertaining to Lot 18,
Block 2, White Horse Springs.
2. The Appellants have appealed staff's implementation of Land Use C(~de Section 9-110-052 C.
relating to the 1,000 square foot, one- time addition exemption.
3. Tbe BOCC heard this request at a public meeting on January 1 l, 2006 at which time evidence and
testimouy xvere presented with respect to the appeal.
4. The BOCC finds that the staff implementation of the Land Use Code Section in question is correct
and that the staffdetermination and denial of the building permit should be upheld.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the BOCC that it hereby denies the Israel appeal of
the staff denial of a building permit at Lot 18, Block 2, White Horse Springs.
