A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF PITKIN COUNTY, COLORADO,
APPOINTING JUDITH ROYER AND CHRIS MARTINEZ
AS PITKIN COUNTY REPRESENTATIVES ON
THE BASALT REGIONAL LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES
AND RATIFYING EAGLE COUNTY'S APPOINTMENT OF PAT FALLIN AS THE
EAGLE COUNTY REPRESENT A TIVE

RECITALS
1. Volunteer Citizen Boards are established per the Home Rule Charter and State
Statute.
2. The Basalt Regional Library Board of Trustees has advertised for a two Pitkin County
vacancies and one Eagle County vacancy on the Basalt Library Board. The Board
received three applications for these positions.
3. The Basalt Regional Board of Trustees considered the applications and by a vote of 5
to 0 recommended Pat Fallin for the Eagle County seat and Judith Royer and Chris
Martinez for the two Pitkin County seats.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Pitkin County, Colorado, that Judith Royer and Chris Martinez be appointed as Pitkin
County Representatives to the Basalt Regional Library Board of Trustees. Be it further
resolved that Pitkin County ratifies Eagle County's Appointment of Pat Fallin to the
Basalt Regional Library Board of Trustees.
