or refund in an amount of one thousand dollars or less per tract, parcel, or lot of land or per schedule of personal
property.

Due to an abatement filed In 200312004, the Quality rating was revised resurting in a
decrease in total actual value. This change was made after the 2005 Notice of
Value was mailed. Based on that adjustment, we are recommendrng an adjusted
value of $7,884,500 for 2005/2006. Your purchase prloe on January 13, 2006 will
be used to establish the value for the 2007 reevaluation. If you are in agreement
with our recommended value, please sign tht~ Abatement Stipulation Agreement
and return.
