MclAREN SUBDIVISION EXEMPTION
WHEREA), Agnes Mclaren is the fee owner of a parcel of land
which contains 0.64 acres, and is more particularly described in the
attached November 18,1975, survey by Scarrow and Walker, Inc., and
WHEREA$, Agnes Mclaren wishes to convey said property to
Peter Dart in o~der to permit them to revise a common lot line of
real property by defining a new boundary line to be the center line
of the Roaring Fork River. and Peter Dart owns contiguous property
which surrounds the Mclaren property to the North of the Roaring Fork
River. and

WHEREAS, Agnes Mclaren has applied to the Board of County
Commissioners for a subdivision exemption pursuant to Section 1.4B of
the PITCO Subdivision Regulations. and
WHEREAS, the sale.of said property does not create any
additional parcels of developable land. but only serves to better
organize the land holdings of the parties involved. thus promoting
better land management,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Pitkin County Commis-
sioners hereby approve the Subdivision Exemption Request of Agnes
Mclaren, as described herein. with the specific requirement that this
document together with the attached survey be recorded in the office
of the Pitkin County Clerk and Recorder.
