RESOLUTION 7/,-/9
Re: Ridge of Red Mountain
Subdivision
WHEREAS, Dan Levinson has applied to the Pitkin County
Commissioners for approval of a resubdivision of Ridge of Red Moun-
tain Subdivision Lots C-21 and C-22 to create one subdivided lot by
combining said lots and removing the interior lot line, and
WHEREAS, the Pitkin County Planning and Zoning Commission
held a publiC hearing on January 21, 1976, which was duly published
in the Aspen Times on January 1, 1976, and at such hearing no one voiced
objection to the resubdivision, and

WHEREAS, the Pitkin County Planning and Zoning Commission
recommended approval of said resubdivision, and
WHEREAS, the resubdivision will reduce development density
and provide for the more orderly development of Pitkin County,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED. that the Pitkin County Commiss-
ioners hereby grant the resubdivision request to combine Lots C-21 and
C-22 into one platted subdivision lot, provided an amended plat is re-
corded by the applicant in the office of the Pitkin County Clerk and
Recorder together with this Resolution.
