BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
RESOLUTION NO. 76-1
APPROVAL OF SERVICE PLAN MODIFICATION
OF ASPEN METROPOLITAN SANITATION DISTRICT
WHEREAS, ASPEN METROPOLITAN SANITATION DISTRICT,
a quasi-municipal corporation, has filed with the Board
of Commissioners of pitkin County, a Service Plan modification
for its approval in accordance with the "Special District
Control Act";
AND WHEREAS, publication and notice have been made
as required by said Act.
AND WHEREAS, upon hearing this 2nd day of February,
1976, the Board of Commissioners have found the Aspen Metro-
politan Sanitation District Service Plan modification, dated
December, 1975, for inclusion of property in the Red Mountain
area, Pitkin County, Colorado, into said District complies with
section 32-4-122 (2) (d) C.R.S. 1973, as amended, and with
the "Special District Control Act".
AND WHEREAS, the Board finds that there is sufficient
existing and projected need for organized service in the Red
Mountain area described in the Service Plan modification, dated
December, 1975, to be serviced by the Aspen Metropolitan
Sanitation District.
NOW THEREFORE, it is resolved that the Service Plan
modification submitted by the Aspen Metropolitan Sanitation
District for inclusion of property in the Red Mountain area
described in said Service Plan, is hereby approved.
