Re: Stonebridge Inn
Sketch Plan
WHEREAS. the Stonebridge Inn Company requested by
Peter Demuth has applied for sketch plan approval for the condo-
miniumization of the Stonebridge Inn Lodge pursuant to the Pitkin
County Subdivision Regulations, and
,WHEREAS, the Pitkin County Planning and Zoning Commission
has reviewed the request at their January 21, 1976. regular meeting
and recommended approval subject to conditions which are incorporated
in this resolution, and

WHEREAS, no significant negative impacts will result from
this ownership change of tourist lodging units and significant
additional employees housing units will be added to the building
reducing nonconformance with Pitkin County housing policy,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Pitkin County Com-
missioners hereby grant Sketch Plan approval for the condominiumization
of the Stonebridge Inn subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance by the subdivision with representatives
made in the January 23. 1976 memo from Peter Demuth.
2. Compliance with the housing requirements in the
January 23, 1976 memo from Brian Goodheim, County
Housing officer.
3. Compliance with the Planning and Zoning resolution
and condition that no conversions of the use of

existing common elements occur.

In addition the Pitkin County Commissioners request the
Housing Officer to comment about or recommend a method whereby
employee housing will not incur inordinate food costs because of
the lack of kitchen facilities.
