RESOLUTION It '1(,-~
APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL SUMS OF MONEY TO DEFRAY EXPENSES IN EXCESS
OF AMOUNTS BUDGETED FOR THE COUNTY OF PITKIN, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the Pitkin County Library is in need of replacing
equipment; and
WHEREAS, this contingency could not have been reasonably foreseen
at the tiJne of the adoption of the
budget; and
the ~"rutd
in the form of
WHEREAS $8000 is available in
unappropriated surpluses,
NOW THEREFORE LET IT BE RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of the County of Pitkin, Colorado, that the 1976 appropriation for the
Library Fund is hereby increased from $116,046 to $124,046 from
unappropriated surplus.
