Re: Stonebridge Inn Final Plat

WHEREAS, the Stonebridge Inn Company has applied for Final
Plat approval for the condominization of the Stonebridge Inn Lodge
consisting of 108 lodge units pursuant to the Pitkin County Subdivision
Regulations, and
WHEREAS, on March 19, 1976 the Pitkin County Planning and
Zoning Commission approved the repliminary and final plats conditioned
upon the following:
1. That all non-residential space remain as non-
residential and cannot be converted without
Commissioners approval.
2. That no housekeeping/kitchen facilities be in-
stalled in the individual units without Com-
missioners approval.
3. Employee housing space be constructed pursuant
to the recommendatons of Brian Goodheim, Pitkin
County Housing Director.
and
WHEREAS, no significant negative impacts will result from
this ownership change of existing tourist lodging units, and significant
additional employee housing units will be added to the building reducing
non-conformance with the Pitkin County housing policy.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Pitkin County Commissioners
hereby grant Preliminary and Final Plat Subdivision approval for the
condominiumization of the Stonebridge Inn subject to the following
conditions:
1. The conditions of the Pitkin County Planning and Zoning
Commission as outlined March 19, 1976 and herein
referred in the Decalration for Stonebridge Inn, Sections
7.3, 7.6, 7.7 and 11.2;

2. Exhibits A and B, Declarations for the Stonebridge
Inn, and the Final Plat be recorded in the Office
of the Pitkin County Clerk and Recorder. Such
exhibits represent commitments by Stonebridge Inn
for employee housing units.
3. Representations as contained in the Final Plat
documents of submittal as filed infue Office of
the Pitkin County Building Inspector.
4. The approval date for this Final Plat action
shall be March 22, 1976.
