Re: Snowmass Mountain Condominium
Subdivision Final Plat
WHEREAS, Snowmass Mountain Condominiums, represented
by Ron Garfield has applied for Final Subdivision Plat for Parcel B,
Buildings F, G, H, and I, and
WHEREAS, the Pitkin County Planning and Zoning Commission
on March 3, 1976 recommended apporval of the Final Subdivision Plat, and
WHEREAS, the development was originally approved by the
Pitkin County Board of Commissioners on January 16, 1973, and time
extended on February 5, 1975 for Final Plat recordation by the Planning
and Zoning Commission, and
WHEREAS, the original Subdivision Improvement Agreement
of January 16, 1973 has been modified to provide for performance
bonding for improvements in the amount of $15,030.00 and a transpor-
tation agreement between Snowmass Mountain Codominium Association and
Pitkin County.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Pitkin County Com-
missioners hereby grant Final Subdivision Plat approval to Snowmass
Mountain Condominiums, Parcel B, Buildings F, G, H, and I conditioned
upon the following:
1. Recordation in the Clerk and Recorders Office of the
Subdivision Improvement Agreement to include the
guarantees for construction of improvements in the
amount of $15,030.00.and the transportation agreement
between Snowmass Mountain Condominiums and Pitkin County.
