AGENDA ITEM TITLE: COLORADO WORKS MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING

DESCRIPTION OF ISSUE:
The Colorado Works Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is required by the State
Department of Human Services for Pitkin County Social Services to operate the Colorado
Works Program and the Child Care Assistance Program.
There are no changes from the previous year.
Due to the number of pages, a complete copy of the MOU and the Colorado Works Plan
are on file with the Clerk to the Board.
RECOMMENDED BOCC ACTION: APPROVE THE MOU
