RECITplS
1. Compass and Apogee Associates Inc ("Appli-
eant'� have applied to the Board o( County Com-
missio�ers of Pitkin County, Colorado ("BOCC'�
to rezone three separate parcels in order to ac-
commodate a lot line adjustment between two
adjacent properties that will result in an equal ex-
change between the properties of 7.7 acres. Two
parcels will be rezoned from RS-20/PUD to PUB
and one pazcel will be rezoned trom PUB to RS
20(PUD.
2. The parcels are located on Woody Creek Ruad,
and are more specitically described in Exhibits A
and R__
3. The Piikin County Planning and Zoning Com-
mission considered the proposed rezoning at a
regularly scheduled meeting on August 2, 2005,
and recommended approval by a vote ot 5-0.
4. The BOCC wnsidered the proposed rezoning
at a duly noticed public heazing on September 28,
2005 and finally approved the rezoning at a regu-
lar meeting on , 2005.
