THE BASALT REGIONAL LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES

RECITALS
1. Volunteer Cit zen Boards are established per the Home Rule Charter and State
Statute.
2. The Basalt R gional Library Board of Trustees has advertised for a Pitkin County
vacancy on th Basalt Library Board, The Board received one application for this
position, I

3. The Basalt RJgiOnal Board of Trustees considered the applications and by a vote of6
to 0 recomm~ded David Fiore for appointment.
NOW THEREFO~ BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Pitkin County, Cqlorado, that David Fiore be appointed as Pitkin County Representative
to the Basalt Regipnal Library Board of Trustees.
