RE: RIO GRANDE TRAIL PROJECT- PITKIN COUNTY OPEN SPACE & TRAILS Please find attached an earthmoving permit application for the above referenced project. The project is contained to the Pitkin County portion of the Rio Grande right of way. It starts at the end of the existing trail at Old Snowmass and continues along the R.O.W. to the Woody Creek Tavern. A second section of trail will be built from E. Sopris Rd. to the Basalt High School Along the R.O.W. Please contact me or Project Manager Temple Glassier. Our start date is May 16;2000.
