RE: Aspen/Pitkin County Airport Environmental Assessment
Dear Ryk:
The contract dated September 27, 2004 between Pitkin County, Colorado and Barnard
Dunkelberg for the aforementioned project expires on September 30, 2006. As
provided for in Article I of that agreement, Pitkin County desires to extend the term of
the contract until September 30, 2008.
If you agree to this extension, please sign where indicated below and return the signed
original of this correspondence to me.
