ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF PITKIN
COUNTY, COLORADO, REZONING CASTLE CREEK V ALLEY RANCH PMH LOT 4 FROM
AH TO AR-IO

RECITALS
I. Castle Creek Valley Ranch Lot 15, LLC ("Applicant") has applied to the Board of County
Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado ("BOCC") to rezone PMH Lot 4 from AH to AR-I O.
2. The property is located at 302 Midnight Mine Road, and is described as PMH Lot 4, Castle Creek
Valley Ranch.
3. The Pitkin County Planning and Zoning Commission considered the proposed rezoning at a
regularly scheduled meeting on June 6, 2006, and recommended approval of the rezoning by a vote of2-1.
4. The BOCC considered the proposed rezoning at a duly noticed public hearing on first reading on
August 9, 2006, and voted to approve the rezoning on second reading on September 13,2006.
5. The BOCC finds that the proposed rezoning is consistent with the applicable provisions of the
Pitkin County Land Use Code and the Maroon/Castle Creek Master Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINEI) by the BOCC that it hereby rezones PMH Lot 4 of
Castle Creek Valley Ranch tram AH to AR-I 0, as shown in Exhibit A.

INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ AT A PUBLIC HEARING on the 9th day of August,
2006.
