Dear Mr. Scheuer: During our year-end review~of our files, I discovered that you had not been given a Certificate of Occupancy due to an outstanding reinspection fee for the above project. I have attached copies of past correspondence for your information. This outstanding fee is all that is holding up issuance of your Certificate of Occupancy. And prior to the release of this certificate in the future, payment will be required. This is the third notice that has been sent to you regarding this matter. Your attention to this situation would be greatly appreciated so that we may close out this permit and eliminate any potential problems that it may cause in the future. Box 4359 ..Aspen, CO 81612 Dear Mr. Scheuer: Oh March 1, 1982, the final electrical and the final building inspection was done on your residence, both of which was rejected. I then sent you an invoice for the reinspection fee. A copy of these are attached. On March 15, 1982, the inspectors returned and final inspections were accepted. However, since the above invoice was not paid, your Certificate of Occupancy was held up. As of this date the invoice is still outstanding and we are still-holding your Certificate. I am trying to clear up my out- standing invoices and would appreciate if you could act on this as soon as possible. Also, without your certificate, selling: your house could be difficult along with causing your insurance to be invalid. Let's work together to clear this up.
