Special Meeting of the Trustees
October 30, 1998 - 9:00 am

OSTB Members Present: Tom Cardamone, John Starr, Hawk Greenway
Absent: Rick was excused by the Board; Bill was absent due to conflict of interest
I. EXECUTIVE SESSION
The meeting opened at approximately 9:10 am in Executive Session and entered Public
Session at approximately 10:15 am.
II. PUBLIC SESSION
Tom motioned that the closing of the purchase ofthe Jerome Park Ranch be
rescheduled from November 9, 2007 to May 20, 2007, or the first business day
thereafter, and that all other financial elements of the transaction remain
. unchanged. John seconded. All in favor, motion passes 3 -0.
III. ADJOURN
The meeting was adjourned at approximately 3:00 pm.
