APPLICATION CHECKLIST
MOBILE HOMES
MOTE: This is a general list of required information. More information may be required as each project is
individually evaluated. When suph a request is made, the application can progress only after the necessary
information is received.
See the Zoning Office for Pitkin County Land Use Code Mobile Home Park Standards .(Sections 3-2605 & 3-
2606).
REQUIRED ITEMS:
^ If the proposed structure requires City or County Land Use review, all final approvals must be obtained
prior to the submittal of a building permit application. Applications with outstanding land use reviews
will be rejected in Zoning and returned to the Building Department. If you are unsure as to whether a
review is needed, please contact the Planning Office at 920-5090. Provide one (1) copy of any
approval pertaining to the parcel, including but hot limited to:

^ Any Conditions of Approval due "prior to permit issuance"

^ Two (2) copies of a site plan showing the lot number, proposed trailer location, locations of any
other existing or proposed structures on the site (decks, shed, garage, carport, etc.)
^ Locations. and specific distances and dimensions of trailers and other structures on
adjacenilots
^ Documentation showing State of Colorado Division of Housing compliance
^ Plumbing permit is required for gas or LPG hookup and inspection (separate fee involved)
^ Electrical permit is required for electrical hookup and inspection {separate fee involved)
