Requesting a 15 foot front yard setback variance where 30 feet is required, and a 5 foot SW
side yard setback variance where 20 feet is required for the construction of retaining walls
and landscape walls that exceed 30 inches in height within the setbacks on this 1.01 acre
parcel in the R-15 and AFR-lO zone districts.

Requesting 6.9 foot and 3 foot south side yard setback variances where 20 feet is required,
