02-01: Wampold, Mike: 1053 Conundrum Creek Road
Requesting al foot height variance where a maximum height of20 feet is allowed for the
construction of an avalanche retaining wall. This parcel contains 25.75 acres and is zoned
AFR-lO.
02-02: James Hartrich: 0142 Wrights Road
Requesting a 20 foot front yard setback variance where 30 feet is required, and a 15 foot
west side yard setback variance where 20 feet is required for the construction of a garage.
This parcel contains 46,185 square feet and is zoned R-30.
02-03: Inn at Aspen: 38750Highway82
Requesting a12 foot height variance, where 28 feet is allowed for the construction of a
wireless telecommunications facility. This parcel contains 9 acres and is zoned AFR-2.
02-04: Lowe W/J LLC: 20 Bullwinkle Place
Requesting a 7.5 foot height variance, where a maximl.ll11 height of28 feet is allowed for
the construction of a wireless telecommunications facility. This parcel contains 0.945
acres and is zoned RS-20 pun.
Old Business
At the December meeting, members agreed that the two most senior members would be the new
Chair and Co-chair people. These honors go to Bob Throm and Deanna Olsen. Since Bob
Throm and Deanna Olsen have declined these positions, the next most senior members are Jim
Rifkin and Rick Head, both appointed 6/14/00. This month we must select new Chairpersons. In
March of 1999, the Board of Adjustment voted to elect a new Chair every year. Michael Cooper
was elected Chairman in April of2000. Please be prepared to vote for the new Chairman
positions.
