RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF PITKIN COUNTY,
COLORADO, APPROVING THE T-MOBlLE MINOR AMENDMENT TO A
DEVELOPMENT PERMIT TO ELIMINATE CONDITION NO. 21 OF BOCC
RESOLUTION NO. 206-2000

RECITALS
1. T-Mobile ("Applicant"), has applied to the Community Development Director of Pitkin
County, ("Director"), pursuant to Section 2-20- 1 50(b) of the Pitkin County Land Use Code
("Code"), to eliminate Condition No. 21 of Resolution No. 206-2000.
2. The property is located at 2147 Lower River Road and more specifically described as Tract
8-A, Aspen River Valley Ranch. The propel1y is owned by Ray and Sandy lves.
3. The property is zoned AR-I 0 and contains 14.26 acres.
4. The property received land use approvals pursuant to BOCC Resolution Nos. 81-5, 88-13
and 206-2000.
4. The Applicant submitted a complete application after July 6, 2006, therefore, the
application is being considered pursuant to the 2006 I.and Use Code.
5. The Director finds that the request is consistent with the requirements of the Land Use Code.
APPROVED by the Director, subject to the following conditions:
1. The Applicant shall adhere to all material representations made during the application
process.
2. The Applicant shall comply with the provisions of B()(,(, I{esolution Nos. 81-5, 88- 13 and
206-2000, unless otherwise replaced or amended by the conditions of this approval.
3. BOCC Resolution No. 206-2000 shall be amended to eliminate Condition No. 21, in
order to remove the 5-year limitation.
