To briefly summarize our understanding of the proposal: it will be a sixteen- foot long addition to replace the existing eight-foot long tin addition. The new two-story addition will include Dutch hip roofs (22.5 feet tall). on the north and south sides and a dormer on the back. The north side will extend three feet further north than the existing ed e of the building while the south side (most visible from Redstone Boulevard}g will be flush. The vertical individual board siding ahd trim will continue as currently exist on the main structure. Roofing material will be asphalt shingles. The Commission felt that new windows should be as close to the original ones as possible, with the same overall dimensions and same pane sizes. A mix of many window sizes should be avoided..
