RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF PITKIN COUNTY, COLORADO
DENYING THE APPEAL OF WB McCARTER JR
FROM THE TEMPORARY LAND USE MORATORIUM
RESOLUTION NO.& -2000
1. W. B. McCarter Jr. is the owner of Lot 7, Ridge of Red Mountain Subdivision.
2. Mr. McCarter submitted a request for relief from the Pitkin County Temporary
Land Use Moratorium in the form of a formal appeal to the Board of County Commissioners (the
"Board") dated April 11, 2000. The appeal was set before the Board on May 24, 2000 and
continued to June 28, 2000.
3. The temporary moratorium was lifted on June 19, 2000 before its expiration date.
4. Mr. McCarter's request for appeal from the conditions imposed by the temporary
moratorium is moot.
5. Neither Mr. McCarter or his agent, Tom Smith, were present at the hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin
County, Colorado that W. B. McCarter Jr.'s appeal of the Temporary Land Use Moratorium is
denied.
